bigotry/bullying/harassment employees encounter. Scott’s program teaches the
importance of becoming an Emotionally Intelligent Communicator, which leads
to a more tolerant workforce between managers and employees, men and women,
Muslims and Christians, odd people and “more odd” people and so on.
