Our web server automatically recognizes the customer’s IP address, but not their e-mail address. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. The information we collect is used for such purposes as improving our web site, notifying customers about updates to our web site or information, and contacting customers for marketing purposes. Information is not shared with other persons or organizations for commercial purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by contacting us and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company. If you supply us with your e-mail address online you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products or events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by replying to the originating e-mail address. Customers who supply us with their telephone numbers online may receive a telephone inquiry from us with questions regarding information they have submitted online or through e-mail.
 

Return Policy

MEDIA MATERIALS
Media materials, including audio and video products, may not be returned.  Should the media be faulty, the defective item will be exchanged for a working one.  No refund available.

SEMINAR REGISTRATIONS
Cancellations must be made no later than one week prior to the seminar date.  Cancellations made prior to one week to the seminar date qualify for a full refund.

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting Scott Warrick.  Cancelled subscriptions may qualify for a pro-rated refund.
