Reynoldsburg City Council

Greetings!

In the fall of 2004, I completed a study for Mayor McPherson of Reynoldsburg.  I was asked to make a recommendation as to what the city should do with its human resource function.  After three months of reviewing policy, benefit structure and speaking with approximately 70% of the non-police personnel, you will find my report attached below.

When I presented my findings to Reynoldsburg City Council...I was shocked.  As you will see in the reports below, the politics of the situation won out.

The losers?  The employees of the city and the citizens of Reynoldsburg. 

As you read these reports, look for the "Authoritarians," the "Retreaters," the "Attackers (Bullies)" and the "Hidden Agendas" each of these city council members exhibited.  It is a GREAT case study in "How To Really Screw Up A City...And Other Useful Tips."
